For air transport, flight cases must be as light as possible. They must stand up very well to stacking (breaking load), and must be waterproof and fire resistant.

V/ULV: fibreglass+honeycomb+laminate sandwich panel (thickn.11 mm) (ATA compliant) fire resistant

V/ULK: kevlar+honeycomb+laminate sandwich panel (thickn.11mm) (ATA compliant) fire resistant
